Info

Eyes on Ukraine is a research and exhibition project exploring the evolution of Ukrainian visual culture, tracing the country's graphic identity from its early twentieth-century roots to the present day. By connecting historical milestones with contemporary design, the project offers an introduction to Ukraine's cultural heritage through the lens of visual communication. The research became the foundation of the Eyes on Ukraine exhibition, presented at the 2021 Graphic Days Touch Festival. As co-curator and exhibition designer, I helped shape the project from its initial concept through to its final realization, developing both its curatorial narrative and visual presentation. The exhibition brought together works from leading figures in Ukrainian graphic design, including Pictoric Illustrators Club, Telegraf.Design, KULTURA Studio, and award-winning publications from the Best Book Design competition at Kyiv's Book Arsenal Festival.
